Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of virtualxposure.com (the "Site") and the real estate media services provided by Virtual Xposure ("we", "us"). By booking a shoot or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Virtual Xposure provides real estate marketing media, including HDR photography, aerial drone photography, video, 3D virtual tours, floor plans and measurements, virtual staging, and related creative services. Service inclusions, turnaround times, and pricing for each package are described on the Site at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are scheduled through our booking platform. Please ensure the property details you provide are accurate — pricing and on-site time are based on them.
  • Payment is due as invoiced. Media delivery may be withheld until payment is received.
  • If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, or the property is not ready for the shoot, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our refund process is described in our Refund Policy. To cancel or reschedule a shoot, contact us as early as possible at [email protected].

Media Usage

Delivered media is licensed to you for the marketing of the listed property and the promotion of your real estate business. Virtual Xposure retains ownership of the underlying media and may use it for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you ask us not to in writing.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for arranging access to the property and having it shoot-ready at the scheduled time.
  • You confirm you have the authority (from the property owner or otherwise) to have the property photographed and marketed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Xposure's total liability for any claim arising from our services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version posted on the Site applies to your booking.
